Ticket Holder (Holder) acknowledges and agrees that tickets for this event are a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same.

Holder assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and Holder hereby waives any and all claims and potential claims against the Event Organizer and against any companies affiliated with the event relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, TICKETING PARTNERS, PARTICIPANTS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER.

Ticket(s) obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are voided.

Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.

In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises.

This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued.

This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form.
