On November 12 at 6:00 pm, join thousands of onlookers from Toronto and around the world for the much-anticipated kick-off to the holiday season, as Santa flips the switch on our spectacular Christmas tree and declares The Distillery Winter Village officially open.

Santa’s Village

Santa’s Village returns to Soulpepper Theatre with a nostalgic nod to Christmas past, inspired by the vintage European department store setting of its holiday stage performance, Parfumerie. Step into a whimsical world of sparkling lights, mistletoe and festive department store displays, meet Old Saint Nick himself, and stop by the letter-writing station to pen a note to someone special. Then warm up with specialty hot chocolates and sweet holiday treats.

The Distillery Winter Village is famous for having the best holiday photo spots and Christmas backdrops in Toronto. Along with Canada’s most photographed Christmas tree, you’ll find shareable moments around every corner.

Spread holiday cheer and sing along with festive carollers as they roam The Distillery Winter Village performing live holiday music and your favourite Christmas carols.

Nutcracker

A new immersive digital Nutcracker experience at The Distillery Winter Village, featuring interactive games for kids and the young at heart and confections from the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy (separate admission ticket required).
